Try out Online Governor

The best way of appreciating the benefits of the Online Governor is to try it out with our demonstration system.

The system is very easy to use and self explanatory.

When you visit the demonstration site you will have access to the front office where you can:

• Create minutes
• Sign minutes using security settings
• Call a meeting
• Review minutes of both main governing body and sub-committees in date order
• View the library with the Guide to the Law and follow hyperlinks to the other useful sites for your governors

Using your username and password you will also be able to get into the back office where you will be able to:

• Create new users
• Maintain users
• Give them security level clearance
• Add new articles and hyperlinks to the library
• Create and maintain committees
• Add events to the calendar section

By trying the system out, you will recognise its potential to save you time and money – in the order of £3150 in both direct and indirect costs – and provide your school or college with a green, sustainable, paperless governing body administration system
